Who am I?

With lived experience of ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and Irlen Syndrome, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work as a Neurodiversity and Learning Disability trainer & consultant.

I founded Beyond NeuroEquity in 2023 to support workplaces, healthcare services, and organisations to become truly inclusive, accessible, and neuro-affirming. My mission is to bridge the gap between neurodivergent individuals, people with learning disabilities, and the systems that serve them — through practical, values-led change that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Why This Work Matters to Me

I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD at 29, after years of struggling without the right support. Like many late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals, I developed my own coping mechanisms while navigating a world that often didn’t accommodate me. Alongside dyslexia and Irlen Syndrome, I have faced significant challenges in education, employment, and accessing mental health services.

I know first-hand what it’s like to be passed between services, fight for reasonable adjustments, and experience burnout due to a lack of support. My lived experience gives me deep insight into the barriers neurodivergent individuals face—and fuels my passion for helping organisations remove those barriers.

Our mission- "Empowering Neurodivergent Lives, Transforming Systems"

At Beyond NeuroEquity, we go beyond fairness, sameness, and the illusion of equality. Our mission is to create a world where neurodivergent individuals are not just included but truly supported, through environments, systems, and mindsets that are designed with difference in mind.

We believe equality is not enough—giving everyone the same support ignores the barriers that many face. Instead, we champion equity: recognising individual needs, dismantling systemic disadvantage, and tailoring support so everyone has a genuine opportunity to thrive.

This isn’t just inclusion. This is transformation.
